Welcome to Capital High School
Since Capital High School opened in 1965, the “Home of the Eagle Pride” has sustained a tradition of outstanding performance in academic achievement, activities, and athletics. Capital High School has an involved student body that participates in promoting school pride and spirit, involvement in clubs and activities, and a deep understanding and acceptance towards each others unique characteristics and personalities.
The impressive staff and faculty at Capital High School proves to be our core strength, validated by the fact that 85% of our teaching faculty have a masters degree.

Yearbooks
It's that time!!! Yearbooks will be distributed after school on Thursday May 10 and Friday May 11. You must have a photo ID and have paid all fines in order to get your book. See Mrs. Faber in the Business Office to pay fines or see if you reserved a yearbook. Any books not picked up on May 10 or May 11 after school will be available in the book room at lunch the week after that.
